BJ Crane MBA currently serves as the Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the EVP in the Office of the CEO at SAS since October 2023, focusing on the definition and management of key strategic projects. Previously, BJ Crane held roles at SAS Institute Inc. from January 1996 to December 2014, including Principal Solutions Architect in the Enterprise Excellence Center, where responsibilities included managing resource allocation and developing performance expectations for SAS solutions, as well as Senior Project Manager and Applications Developer, acting as a customer liaison throughout the project life cycle. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management, a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
