Elena Panzera

Elena Panzera is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President HR EMEA and AP at SAS since January 2011, Elena has held multiple senior HR positions within the organization, including Vice President Human Resources EMEA and Chief Operating Officer & Human Resources Director Central East Region. In addition to corporate roles, Elena is a contract professor at Università degli Studi di Milano, teaching Human Resources Information Systems since January 2021, and serves as President of AIDP Lombardia since July 2020. Prior experience includes HR positions at SAS Institute srl and KPMG ADVISORY, as well as a training specialist role at McKinsey & Company. Elena holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and completed coaching education at COACH U UNIVERSITY.
