Shirin Rokni

Shirin Rokni has a diverse range of work experience in multiple positions. Shirin started their most recent position in 2022 at Tech4Good @ UCSC, where they worked as an ExploreCareers UI Containers BackEnd Web Developer, implementing back-end containers using various technologies. Shirin also served as an ExploreCareers UI Components FrontEnd Web Developer, developing front-end Angular UI components for the platform.

Before that, Shirin worked as an Annota UI Components FrontEnd Web Developer at Tech4Good @ UCSC, where they developed front-end Angular UI components for the AI-enhanced platform Annota.

In terms of leadership roles, Shirin served as the Engineering Vice President for SASE - Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers starting in 2023. Shirin previously held the position of Science Vice President from 2022 to 2023.
