Kuhgen Govender

Kuhgen Govender has a strong background in legal and litigation management. Kuhgen began their career in 2013 as a Legal Recoveries Specialist at ABSA Technology Finance Solutions. In 2014, they joined Sasfin as a Legal/Litigation Manager and later advanced to the role of Legal Counsel. Kuhgen has been with Sasfin since 2014, providing legal expertise and managing litigation matters.

Kuhgen Govender attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) with a specialization in Law. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. Kuhgen became an Attorney in July 2013 through the Legal Practice Council, and in April 2022, they acquired the Notary Public certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in March 2008, they obtained membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society.
