Christa MacLean has over two decades of experience in academic and healthcare settings, currently serving as Dean at Saskatchewan Polytechnic since December 2000, with previous roles including Interim Dean of the School of Nursing and School of Health Sciences, Associate Dean, Academic Chair, Program Head, and Curriculum Coordinator. MacLean has also been a Registered Nurse with Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region since July 1990 and worked as a Vaccine & Policy Consultant for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health from 2007 to 2008. Education includes a Master of Nursing in Leadership from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Diploma in Nursing from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science & Technology.
