Jillian Zorn

Jillian Zorn, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of HR Business Partners & Coal Workforce Transition at SaskPower since May 2012. Jillian has held various leadership roles within SaskPower, including Manager of Recruitment, Manager of People & Performance, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Specialist in Labour Relations. Prior to SaskPower, Jillian was the Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Estevan and served as the Human Resources Advisor & Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Hanna. Other roles include Learning & Organizational Development Consultant at Viterra and Learning & Organizational Development Assistant at Farm Credit Canada. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Regina, alongside certification as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and completion of the President's Leadership Program at the Saskatchewan Institute of Public Policy.
