The board of directors at SaskPower has a long and varied history. Many of the members have experience with other organizations such as Ducks Unlimited Canada, the Royal University Hospital Foundation, and the Saskatoon Club. Others have experience in business, such as owner of Ted Matheson Men's Wear, or in education, such as the University of Regina's Elementary Education and Teaching program. The board is also responsible for the Saskatchewan Police Commission and the Prince Albert & District Community Futures. The current Chair of the Board is the President and CEO of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Inc.
