Fayth Runns has an extensive background in human resources, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and strategic planning. Fayth is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at the Saskatoon Tribal Council, where they oversee all aspects of human resources. Prior to this role, Fayth held positions such as Human Resources Director and Board Member at various organizations, including the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan and the Rainbow Youth Center. Fayth also has experience as the Owner of Full Circle Human Resource Consulting, where they provided comprehensive HR solutions. Earlier in their career, Fayth held managerial positions at Regina Exhibition Association Limited and Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority. Fayth has a strong understanding of employment legislation and is skilled in employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
