Lata Bhat

Lata Bhat has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lata is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sasken Technologies Limited, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Wipro Technologies, starting from 2004. At Wipro, they worked as a Division Head for offshore hiring in the Industrial Engineering Services division, responsible for recruiting a large number of hires in various engineering skills. Lata also served as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition for the Product Engineering Services division and as an Offshore Lead for the Global Media & Telecom division, overseeing team targets and client satisfaction. Earlier in their career at Wipro, Lata worked as an Assistant Manager in Testing, a Recruiter for Technology Infrastructure Services, and a Sourcing Lead for Technology Infrastructure Services. Lata has experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, managing team targets, and conducting salary negotiations with candidates.

Lata Bhat earned an MBA in Human Resources and Finance from Seshadripuram Institute of Management Yelahanka in the years 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at SDM College from 1998 to 2001. Lata also attended Sitaramchndra School from 1987 to 1994.
