Jason McKenzie-Smith has extensive experience in technical analysis and systems administration, with a career spanning over two decades. At SaskTel since November 2017, Jason specializes in maintaining server and network infrastructure, developing web applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient request handling. Prior to SaskTel, Jason served as a Systems Administrator at Supreme Basics from September 2000 to November 2017, where key accomplishments included hardware upgrades that improved performance and reduced energy consumption, implementing Veeam Backup & Replication for enhanced reliability, and developing internal web applications to meet business needs. Jason's skill set includes operating system management, VMware issue resolution, data network management, backup configuration, and scripting in PowerShell and Bash. Jason holds a diploma in Computer Hardware Technology from the HEINZE Institute of Applied Computer Technology.
