Ingmar Holst

Ingmar Holst has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ingmar started their career in 1995 at RWE-DEA AG, where they served as a Site Controller, Procurement Manager, and Manager of site controlling and accounting. In 2004, Holst joined Sasol Germany GmbH as a Manager of Division Controlling O&S before becoming a Manager of Controlling. Ingmar then moved to Sasol Olefins & Surfactants in 2009, where they worked as the Manager of Finance O&S global until 2013. Since then, Holst has held various leadership positions at Sasol, including Manager Strategy & Growth Enablement O&S and Senior Manager Strategy Performance Chemicals. Currently, they hold the role of VP Business Transformation at Sasol, responsible for driving business transformation initiatives.

Ingmar Holst attended Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen and obtained a Diplom.
