Wimpie Swanepoel

Wimpie Swanepoel has a strong work experience in various finance roles within the Sasol company. wimpie started their career at Sasol Synfuels in 1995 as a Senior Manager Finance and worked there until 2007. wimpie then joined Sasol Chevron as a CFO for a brief period before moving to Sasol Technology in 2009. At Sasol Technology, they served as the CFO for almost a decade until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Sasol as a CFO for Lake Charles Operations and later became the Vice President of Sasol Energy - Finance & IM in September 2021.

Wimpie Swanepoel attended Hoerskool Rustenburg and later pursued higher education at the University of Pretoria and UNISA.
