Sujay Kulkarni has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2018, they worked as an Administrative Specialist for Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled,Bangalore, where they worked under the head of operations and communication. Sujay also worked as a Crew Member for SayTrees in 2018 and a Mathematics Teacher for Unacademy in 2019, where they monitored the online presence of the product and engaged with customers to enhance customer relations.
