Derrick Oppelt

Derrick Oppelt is an experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Marketing Manager at Satcom Direct since December 2022. Prior to this role, Derrick held the position of Digital Sales Manager at CUMULUS MEDIA from July 2018 to December 2022, and worked as a Webmaster for Coastal Angler Magazine in early 2018. Derrick’s extensive background includes over a decade at BK Technologies as Global Marketing Manager, where a comprehensive marketing strategy was developed for portable communication products across government and various industries. Additional experience includes serving as Creative Director at DRTV Productions, Inc., and founding Crescendo Media, where full production and marketing services were provided. Derrick began the career as a Medical Assistant at Health First and holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Media from the University of Central Florida, alongside an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College.
