Katia Landjerit

Katia LANDJERIT serves as the Chief People Officer at Satelia since April 2022, where responsibilities include creating an HR function to support the company's transition from start-up to scale-up, focusing on talent development and business alignment. Additionally, Katia has been a Certified Professional Coach at KL Consulting since January 2019, specializing in performance management and talent development for individuals and teams. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Generix Group, where Katia defined an innovative global HR strategy, and Senior VP HR at Murex, overseeing HR operations and learning and development for a significant international workforce. Katia also held leadership positions at Sopra Banking Software and Sopra Steria, managing HR functions and steering talent development policies. Katia holds a Professional coaching certification from IFOD and a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
