Bill Compton

Bill Compton has had extensive experience in the software engineering and technology industry. Their most recent position is as the Director of R&D Software Engineering at Satelles, where they are leading the team in implementing Agile and DevSecOps methodologies to scale up production and repeatability. Prior to this, Bill worked as an Enterprise Architect at Ace Info Solutions, Inc., US Federal Government for six years. Before that, they served as a Senior System Engineer at MDA for six years. Bill also held the position of Senior Software Architect at InfoFUSION for three years. In their earlier career, they worked as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at DigitalGlobe for ten years and as a Software Development Manager at Intergraph for eight years. Overall, Bill Compton has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and technology management.
