Izza Camacho

Izza oversees all HR functions from Onboarding and Personnel Administration, Compensation and Benefits Management, Philippine Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, Talent, and Organisational Development.

Izza has always pursued challenges that are aligned with her passion: human resource management. She has been in various HR roles since 2006 while pursuing her Law degree. She is acknowledged by her superiors and peers as a very intelligent yet warm leader who is very dedicated and focused, and her team’s work has resulted in award-winning people programs being implemented and recognized globally.
