Jessica Müller

Jessica F. is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in hardware and software support, application development, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at Apple since July 2021, Jessica has diagnosed and resolved over 300 complex technical issues, achieving an 83% case resolution rate daily while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
