Guillermo Roselló Massa has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Guillermo is currently serving as the Director of International Expansion at SATLANTIS since August 2022.

Prior to their current role, Guillermo worked at Indra, where they held multiple positions. From November 2021 to August 2022, they served as the Strategy & Innovation - Intl Business Development - Air Traffic Management - Big Deals. Guillermo was also the Strategy & Innovation - Intl Business Development Air Traffic Management - Head Africa Region from August 2020 to December 2021. From February 2019 to August 2020, Guillermo was the BU Head at Indra Mex | Defense & Security (Mex, Cent. Amer. & Carib.)| Air Traffic Management (Mex.). Guillermo started their journey at Indra as the Head of Defense & Security BU at Indra Mexico in December 2016, and continued in that role until February 2019.

Moving further back in their career, Guillermo served in the Spanish Navy. From December 2014 to January 2016, they were the Deputy Program Manager. Before that, from January 2014 to December 2014, they held the same position. Guillermo also had the role of Director of Defense Systems Engineering Area from July 2013 to December 2013. Previously, from January 2012 to July 2013, they worked as a Project Engineer.

In addition to their tenure in the Spanish Navy, Guillermo also worked briefly as a Professor for Mine countermeasures operations in 2008.

Before that, they spent some time at NATO as a Staff Public Affairs Officer, Diving Operations Director, and Minecountermeasures Officer from June 2007 to June 2008.

Guillermo's career in the Spanish Navy started in August 2005 when they became the Director of Operations. Prior to that, from January 2005 to June 2007, they served as an Operations Officer. Before their role as an Operations Officer, Guillermo held the positions of Director of Operations and Director for Navigation and Communications from July 2004 to January 2005. Guillermo began their career as an Engine Officer from August 2003 to July 2004.

Guillermo Roselló Massa has a diverse education history. In 1998, they began their academic journey at the Naval College in Pontevedra, where they pursued a degree in Second Lieutenant in the Cuerpo General, Escala Superior de Oficiales. Following this, in 2002, they participated in a course exchange with the French Navy at École Navale. In 2003, they attended Escuela Naval Militar and obtained a degree in Yacht Captain.

Continuing their education, Guillermo Roselló Massa attended the Naval Weapons Engineering School in Madrid from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a degree as a Naval Weapons Engineer. In 2012, they pursued further studies at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, completing a Master's degree in Project Direction in 2013.

In terms of business education, in 2015, Guillermo Roselló Massa attended several courses. Guillermo participated in "Managing Change in Organizations Course" at HEC Paris. Guillermo also attended the "Growth and Development in Emerging Markets (Asia) Course" at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Additionally, they pursued an Executive MBA at Esade, focusing on Administración y gestión de empresas, general.

Lastly, in 2016, Guillermo Roselló Massa attended the "Leading in a Global Context course" at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, further enhancing their knowledge in business administration.

As for additional certifications, Guillermo Roselló Massa obtained a Private Pilot License (PPL) (A) from EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency in September 2010.
