Maritza Jarbath

Maritza Jarbath, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRBP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at SATO America since August 2024, where responsibilities include partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to develop strategic plans and analyze metrics for improvement. Previously, Maritza was Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Onward Energy from January 2019 to January 2024, overseeing a comprehensive range of HR functions and leading ESG, Communications, and Administration efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Novatus Energy and Camso, where Maritza managed human capital within large organizations. Maritza began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Simmons Bedding Company. Maritza holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Binghamton University.
