👉 What will your duties be?
- Continuously learning about the whole Trezor ecosystem and our logistics operations, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field
- Once you’re ready, you’ll start answering our customers’ questions via a ticketing system (Freshdesk)
- Replying to e-shop order inquiries - order detail updates upon customers request, warranty claims, refunds and returns of the goods
- Dealing with all sorts of requests regarding our products - Trezor (hardware) and the accompanying Trezor Suite application (software) - and basic troubleshooting
- Ensuring and further improving overall customer satisfaction
- Providing pre-sales guidance (choosing the right product) and after-sales care to our customers
- Updating our knowledge base, user manual, and other helpful materials
- Participation in some of the ongoing “side projects” (or starting completely new) - e.g. knowledge base expansion, localization, etc.
đź’ŞÂ What makes you the perfect candidate?
- Previous experience in client-facing position(s), customer support or related roles
- Experience with e-shop or warehousing systems is a great advantage
- Tech- and internet-savviness, ability to help customers find solutions to their issues
- You know what it means to take ownership over your work
- (this one in necessary, although being a total cliché) You’re a fast learner and open to learn new things
- Very good English and Czech/Slovak, especially in written form (= C1 level)
- Flexibility to cover occasional emergency shifts (one weekend per month)
