Katerina Voronkova

Katerina Voronkova has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Katerina started their career as a Government Relations Intern at Kompleksnye Energeticheskie Sistemy, where they assisted with sponsorships, email responses, and event organization. Katerina then worked as an English Teacher at Unium, teaching and preparing students for exams while fostering their creativity.

In 2012, they joined Ecomarket as a Purchase Manager, where they introduced new brands to the Russian market and handled document preparation and procurement. Katerina later worked as a Marketing Assistant at Warmrental, where they searched for partnerships, provided customer service, and managed property listings.

In 2015, Katerina became an HR Manager at Aptoide, responsible for finding IT talent, promoting the employer brand, and developing HR practices. Katerina then joined Devexperts as an HR Business Partner, supporting the company's HR functions until 2023.

Currently, Katerina holds the position of Head of HR and Operations at SatoshiPay, where they oversee HR and operational aspects of the company.

Katerina Voronkova obtained a Bachelor of International Relations with honours from the Higher School of Economics in 2009-2013. Katerina then pursued a Master in Management with a focus on Marketing at the Nova School of Business and Economics from 2013-2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in August 2023.
