Elaine Chen

Elaine Chen has over 15 years of work experience in procurement and project management roles. Elaine is currently the VP of Global Procurement at SATS Ltd. Prior to that, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as the Global PMO for Cross Enterprise Procurement Group and as the Procurement Director for Asia Pacific. Elaine also has experience at FrieslandCampina as a Category Procurement Manager and at American Express as a Regional Head for Technology and Telecom Sourcing and a Lead Project Manager in the Program Management Office. Elaine started their career at Nokia as a Senior Sourcing Manager. Elaine has a strong background in leading cross-functional teams, implementing global projects, and managing procurement processes.

Elaine Chen received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from The University of Queensland in 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications through LinkedIn, focusing on various topics such as creativity, growth mindset, leadership, communication, team performance, and project management.
