Isis Koh

Isis Koh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Isis is currently working as the Head of Corporate Brand Experience at SATS Ltd. since July 2023. Prior to that, they were an MBA candidate at NUS Business School from August 2022 to January 2024. Isis also had an internship as a Business Strategy Intern at Lightwheel Advisors from December 2022 to May 2023.

Before their current role, Isis held various positions at SATS Ltd. Isis worked as the Programme Manager of Monty's Bakehouse from September 2020 to July 2022. Isis was the General Manager of Maldives Inflight Catering from January 2019 to August 2020, and they served as the Marketing Manager of Catering from April 2016 to December 2018.

Isis began their career at Alexandra Health System, where they held the positions of Operations Executive at Yishun Community Hospital from August 2014 to February 2016, and Executive in the Clinical Feedback Management Unit at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital from February 2013 to July 2014.

Their earliest work experience was at SATS Ltd. as a Passenger Services Executive in Customer Affairs from July 2011 to January 2013.

Isis Koh has a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Isis also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SIMGE (SIM Global Education), which they acquired in 2013-2014. Isis is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NUS Business School since 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in PRINCE2® 2017 Project Management from PRINCE2®, Introduction to Financial Accounting from Coursera Course Certificates, and Introduction to Marketing from Coursera Course Certificates, in the years 2020 and 2016 respectively.
