Jacinta Wee

Jacinta Wee has extensive work experience in various legal and compliance roles. Jacinta started their career at LHAG as an Associate in Corporate & Conveyancing in 2005. Jacinta then joined Singtel as an Associate in Legal in 2007, followed by SGX as an Assistant Vice President in Legal from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they worked at American Express as an Attorney in the General Counsel's Office, Asia Pacific. Jacinta then joined Temasek in 2013 as a Vice President in Legal & Regulatory and has been with the company until the present. In 2023, they will assume the role of Vice President in Ethics & Compliance at SATS Ltd.

Jacinta Wee received their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with honors from the University of Malaya from 2000 to 2004. Jacinta has also obtained certification as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in 2019.
