Shiva Gupta

Shiva Gupta is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology program management and business transformation. Currently serving as Sr Technology Business Partner for Corporate Systems at SATS Ltd., Shiva leads enterprise IT strategy and program delivery to drive innovation and business growth. Previously held roles include Sr Program Manager for Digital Transformation, where a multi-million-dollar Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modernization program was successfully executed, and Regional Technology Program Manager for Digital & Connected Commerce at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing IT initiatives across 14 APAC countries. Additional experience includes positions at NTT Ltd. and xSuite Group GmbH, where significant contributions were made to finance transformation and process automation projects. Shiva holds a Digital MBA for Technology Leaders from CTO Academy and a Research Fellowship from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
