Spencer Low

Spencer Low has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Spencer started as a Manager at Bain & Company, where they worked for over a decade. Afterward, they served as the Director of Strategy at Maple Leaf Foods and later at Holt Renfrew (Selfridges Group). Spencer then took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer & EVP Customer Acquisition at Rakuten Kobo Inc. Following that, they became the Managing Director of Greater China at Agoda. Most recently, they have held executive positions at KrisShop and SATS Ltd., including CEO Travel Retail, Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer at SATS and Director on the Board of Directors at KrisShop.

Spencer Low has a Master's degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po, which they attained from 1993 to 1996. Spencer also completed an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, which they pursued from 2001 to 2003. Furthermore, Spencer is currently enrolled at the University of Cambridge, where they are participating in the Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Programme offered by the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Spencer is expected to complete this program in 2023. Prior to these higher education degrees, they attended Raffles Institution from 1986 to 1991.
