Sylvester Zdonczyk

Sylvester Zdonczyk is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Development Engineering Manager at Saturn Oil + Gas Inc. since September 2021, responsibilities include corporate planning, business development, reserves and resource management, reservoir engineering, and asset team support. Prior to this role, Zdonczyk held various positions at Repsol from September 2015 to September 2021, progressing from Reservoir Engineer to Senior Reservoir Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles as a Drilling Engineer and Field Supervisor at Talisman Energy from August 2013 to August 2015 and internships in drilling engineering at the same company from September 2011 to August 2012. Zdonczyk holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary.
