Phil Bontrager

Phil Bontrager serves as the President and CEO of Sauder Manufacturing Co, a multi-site manufacturer specializing in contract seating for healthcare, higher education, and worship markets since October 2005. Previously, Phil Bontrager held the role of VP of Business Strategy at Sauder Woodworking from July 2003 to September 2005. Phil Bontrager's earlier experience includes serving as President of Gardens Alive! Inc and as VP & General Manager for both Architectural Products and the European division at Hill-Rom Company, where responsibilities spanned global operations in the medical device sector. Phil Bontrager began a career in various strategy roles at Hillenbrand Industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from Goshen College.
