Thomas Gallagher

Thomas Gallagher currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at BAE Systems for nearly 15 years, holding various positions including Group Head of Export Controls, Chief Counsel for the Middle East, Chief Counsel for Saudi Arabia, Senior Counsel, and Counsel, with a focus on legal services related to international growth, regulatory compliance, and managing legal departments across multiple jurisdictions. Thomas began their legal career as a solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester and completing legal practice training at Nottingham Trent University.
