Sultan Alghamdi

Sultan Alghamdi is an experienced professional in the field of performance and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Performance & Talent Development at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since March 2019. Prior roles at SAIP include Perf. and Talent Dev. Specialist and Senior Performance and Talent Development. Sultan's background includes nearly eleven years at the Ministry of Civil Service, where responsibilities spanned roles such as Employees Affairs Researcher, Recruitment Examinations Researcher, and Employee Affairs Auditor. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrivia Assistant at the Ministry of Culture and Information. Sultan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from King Saud University.
