Abdulrahman Almusallam

Abdulrahman AlMusallam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Abdulrahman started their career as a Reservations Agent and System Trainer at Saudi Arabian Airlines from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Saudi Payments as a Systems Analyst from 2009 to 2010, where they maintained SADAD Connectivity and initiated the establishment of connections with new billers. Abdulrahman then became an Integration Specialist from 2010 to 2012, managing the integration of new billers and banks with the SADAD Payment System. From 2012 to 2014, Abdulrahman served as a Change Manager and Acting Service Transition Manager at Saudi Payments. Abdulrahman subsequently joined Tamkeen Technologies as a Process Engineer for a brief period in 2014. Abdulrahman then worked at The Saudi Investment Bank as an IT Enterprise Unit Manager, Systems Development, and Channels from 2014 to 2016. Currently, at Saudi Payments, they hold the position of VP IT Governance and Excellence, responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, establishing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with strategic objectives and requirements. Abdulrahman has also held positions such as IT Operations Senior Director and IT Operations Director within the same organization. Overall, Abdulrahman's experience includes IT governance, operations management, systems development, and process engineering.

Abdulrahman AlMusallam obtained a Diploma in Software Development from The Institute of Public Administration, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In 2022, they completed a Leadership Program at INSEAD. Abdulrahman also holds additional certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Strategic Leadership from The Institute of Leadership & Management, and Writing a Business Case from LinkedIn.
