Nasser AlNashmi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nasser started their career as a Translator and Interpreter at BearingPoint Consulting, where they supervised and assisted in translation for a modernization and development plan. Nasser then worked as a Public Relations Officer at High Capabilities Telecom Co. Ltd., where they established and maintained relationships with clients, government officials, and media representatives. Nasser also served as a Project Administrator at Limitless LLC, managing the office of a government officer and assisting with HR department setup.

In 2002, Nasser joined Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City, initially as a Supervisor Patient Affairs Liaison, responsible for patient relations and admissions, and later became a Supervisor Outpatient Clinics and a Supervisor Patient Information Center. In these roles, they supervised and coordinated staff in various departments and ensured administrative procedures were carried out effectively.

Nasser gained entrepreneurial experience as a Founding Partner at PurePower before joining the Royal Commission Health Services Program in Jubail. At the Royal Commission, they held several positions, including Supervisor Outpatient Clinics, Unit Manager in the Program Director's Office, and Head of Registration and Scheduling. In these roles, they managed daily operations, coached and mentored staff, and ensured performance excellence in delivering healthcare services.

Nasser AlNashmi completed a Bachelor of Translation degree in English Language from King Saud University from 1998 to 2002. Nasser also obtained a Secondary School Certificate in a scientific discipline from almajd School from 1996 to 1998.
