Osamah Batarfi

Osamah Batarfi, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Senior Payroll Specialist at the Saudi Railway Company since May 2023. Prior to this role, Osamah accumulated extensive experience at Al Rajhi Bank from October 2015 to May 2023, progressing through several positions including Senior Specialist Payroll Control and other roles related to payroll and employee relations. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at Amayazeen and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, as well as a training coordinator role. Osamah holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
