Hamad Alsaheel

Hamad Alsaheel is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Lead Cloud Operations Engineer at stc since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing fault and performance for Telco Cloud Architecture and monitoring North Bound Interfaces' performance. Prior to this role, Hamad was a proactive controller for FTTH special services at PrimeGate for Communications and IT from December 2019 to February 2023, where network plans were designed and connectivity issues troubleshot. Additionally, Hamad completed a student internship at Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co. "GO" in 2021, focusing on antenna configuration and server setup. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, a Foundation degree in Computer Science from The Institute of Education, and an Associate's degree in Computing in Technical Support from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
