Osama Ramadan

Osama Ramadan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Expert Solutions Architect at stc since November 2021, where responsibilities include designing end-to-end solutions, selecting appropriate technologies, and representing the IT department to validate business requirements. Previously, Osama held various roles at Etisalat Misr from April 2007 to October 2021, including IT CRM and Payment Solutions Delivery Manager, where leadership involved managing teams and ensuring design alignment with enterprise architecture. Additional roles include Senior Demand & Solutions Architect and IT Applications Support Team Leader. Prior experience as a Software Engineer at Microtech and a Software Developer at Applied Logic Systems provided a strong foundation in software development and system requirements. Osama holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from FCI Helwan University, along with certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
