Garrett Lathe

Garrett Lathe is an accomplished music educator and director with extensive experience in choral leadership and artistic direction. As the Founding Artistic Director of the Youth Chorale of Central Minnesota since April 2005, Garrett oversees the organization's artistic vision and manages a team of staff and volunteers. In addition, Garrett serves as Choir Director for Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools since July 2017 and has owned Chorfolio™ by Ensemble's Edge since January 2017. Previously, Garrett held the position of Senior Producer at Atomic Learning from June 2013 to February 2017, where responsibilities included fostering business relationships in the education sector. Garrett's early career featured a successful tenure as Choral Director at Sartell High School, where a robust choral program flourished under leadership from June 2001 to June 2013. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Bemidji State University, earned from 1992 to 1996.
