David Picard

David Picard has diverse work experience in the construction industry. David currently serves as a Project Manager at Saunders Construction. Prior to this, they worked as a Service Manager at Tecta America Colorado from January 2021 to January 2023.

David's longest tenure was at JE HURLEY Construction, Inc., where they held various roles. David served as an Operations Manager from December 2017 to November 2020, demonstrating their expertise in construction management operations. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager from March 2011 to December 2017 and as a Project Manager from August 2009 to March 2011.

David Picard also gained valuable experience at HENSEL PHELPS, where they worked as a Staff Engineer from January 2008 to July 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Toll Brothers from 2004 to 2007.

Before entering the construction industry, David served in the US Army as a Company Commander from October 2003 to September 2004.

David Picard attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. In April 2009, they also received a certification in LEED AP Building Design + Construction from USGBC.
