Rebecca Sharkey

She graduated from Durham University in 2016 with a BA in French and Russian. During her time at university, she spent her summer breaks interning at what was then Boyden and fell in love with the business and its people. After graduating, she moved to St. Petersburg, Russia, where she spent 5 years working as an English teacher for students of all ages and gained a huge amount of language and life experience.

She decided to move back to her hometown and had only one place in mind when looking for a career move: Savannah. The time, effort and detail Savannah puts into every search, the breadth of knowledge that the people have and the distinct feeling of community that radiates throughout the office made her want to return and be a part of it in a significant way.

Initially trained as an Interim Generalist, she have a specific focus on Technology & Digital helping to source candidates for a multitude of Senior Technology leadership roles across varying sectors. In addition, as part of the ongoing mission to ensure that all the candidates have a great experience of Savannah, she is also responsible for the Technology Candidate Community.
