William Helm

William Helm, PMP®, CBCP has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. William is currently the Director of Strategic Affairs at Global Security Directorate in Savannah River National Laboratory from 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Department Manager at Matrix Technologies, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. From 2014 to 2018, William was a Program Manager at Honeywell. Before that, they owned their own company, Conciferous Management Solutions, from 2009 to 2014. William also worked as a Project Manager at Orthodyne Electronics, NewMarket Technology, and IAEA. William began their career as an Electrical Project Engineer at Honeywell FM&T in 2000, where they held various roles such as quality engineer, facilities coordinator, and project manager. William also worked as an Electrical Engineer at IBP INC in 1999.

William Helm, PMP®, CBCP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Evansville between 1994 and 1999. In terms of additional certifications, William Helm achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021. William also attained the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) in 2023.
