Alissa has been involved in the customer service industry since 2011. Prior to joining Savant, she was a customer care representative and a Voice of the Customer specialist for PAi, a 401(k) administrator for small business owners. Before that, she was the operations manager for David’s Bridal.
Alissa was born in Green Bay, WI and grew up a few blocks from Lambeau Field. She is a big Packers fan and enjoys watching all kinds of sports, being outdoors in nature, and spending time with her family and pets.
