Theresa (Teri) Paradise

Teri Paradise has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theresa (Teri) started their career as a Software Application Developer at The Hanover Insurance Group, where they worked exclusively on new projects as a Mainframe Cobol programmer. Theresa (Teri) then moved on to Best Buy as an Operations Manager, responsible for front end operations and customer service. Theresa (Teri) also served as a Home Theater Area Manager during their time at Best Buy. Teri then joined Best Buy/Geek Squad as a Double Agent/Special Agent, facilitating product sales, upgrades, installations, and service both in-store and at customer locations. Theresa (Teri) also served as a Network Administrator at Washtronics of America, responsible for installation and maintenance of server hardware and software, mobile and desktop units, and office telephone systems. After that, Teri returned to Best Buy as a Computer Senior, supervising the computer department and handling customer issues. Theresa (Teri) then became a Home Theater/Appliance Supervisor at Best Buy, where they created a positive environment for employees to provide customer solutions and developed growth plans. Teri also worked at Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent and later as a Supervisor. Their most recent position was at Savant Systems, where they held multiple roles, including Inside Sales-National Retail and East Direct Integrator Sales/RMA Administrator/Training Coordinator. In this role, they supported regional sales managers, completed sales calls, provided customer support to 300+ accounts, and supported trade shows and trainings. Theresa (Teri) was also involved in expanding retail accounts and implementing inventory fulfillment ecommerce platforms. Additionally, Teri has experience as a Technical Support Specialist, where they resolved issues by troubleshooting and maintained a help desk database.

Teri Paradise obtained a PC Repair and Networking certification from the Clark University Computer Institute in 1999. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Service Agency Management with a focus on Non-profit agency management from Missouri Valley College between 1993 and 1996.
