Manish Modi

Manish Modi has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Manish began their career as an Assistant Sales Manager at TOPS Security Limited in 2007, where they gained valuable experience in sales. Manish then moved on to Fineman World, where they worked as a Branch Manager from 2008 to 2010, focusing on new business development and branch operations.

In 2010, Manish joined Adecco Group as a Branch Manager, where they continued their expertise in managing branches and teams. Manish subsequently worked at Rappid telesolutions as a Manager of HR and Admin from 2012 to 2015.

Manish then joined Jobline Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Manish successfully implemented RPO projects for Amdocs and Telesonic India Ltd, working on various hiring projects in both IT and Telecom sectors. Manish has experience in hiring for roles such as RF Engineer, Project Manager, and Oracle DBA, among others.

Most recently, Manish has been serving as a Manager of Recruitment at Savantis Solutions LLC since 2017. In this role, they have been responsible for designing and implementing different HR policies for TP employees, handling pan India campus hiring, and identifying engineering colleges for campus visits.

Manish Modi pursued their education in the field of Marketing Management and HR. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Pune University in Pune where they obtained their Masters in Marketing Management (MMM) with a focus on Marketing. Simultaneously, during the same period, they also studied at Singhad Institute of Management & Computer Application and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR).
