Lea Balcerzak

While pursuing her BFA in Industrial Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Lea found her place in the world of digital design through a UX Design internship building financial tools for a non-profit. Later, she spent the summer working on the service design for the store pickup experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods. After graduating, she joined Publicis Sapient as an Experience Designer and was a part of digital business transformation projects for clients such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Dodge & Cox, Marriot Bonvoy, and Ford.
