Alex Erdel

Alex Erdel is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director of Talent Development at Save A Lot since February 2018. In this role, Alex manages talent development programs, metrics, and learning strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Project Manager in Retail Operations at Blackbaud and held various sales and account management positions at The North Face. Alex's experience also includes military service as an M1A2 Abrams Tank Crewman in the US Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Alex holds an MBA in Business Administration from Webster University and a BA in Communications from the same institution.
