Michael Roman

Michael Roman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community partnerships and strategy management, currently serving as Community Partnerships & Strategy Manager and LGBTQ+ Liaison for the City of Miami since January 2016. In addition, Michael holds board member positions with SAVE LGBT and 4Ward Miami. Previous roles include participation in the Maven Leadership Collective and significant involvement with the National Institutes of Health, where responsibilities included communications and public liaison for the National Cancer Institute. Michael also operated as a business and communications consultant and held various positions in public relations firms. A graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, Michael's diverse background emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy within the LGBTQ+ community.
