Kevin Sears

Kevin Sears is Vice President of Labor Relations for The Save Mart Companies reporting to Shane Sampson, Executive Chairman. Kevin oversees all labor relations matters for the enterprise. He is the chief spokesperson in labor negotiations and primary counsel on labor contract administration. Kevin advises banner operations on various labor relations matters and coordinates the company’s labor relations practices.

Kevin previously worked for over 30 years at Macy’s Inc. where he was the Chief Labor Negotiator for the Western United States and also had regional responsibility for associate relations and engagement. Kevin studied Economics at San Francisco State University.
