Ana María Ángel Ortega

Ana María Ángel Ortega currently serves as the New Business Development Manager at Save the Children Colombia since May 2023. Previously, Ana María held several positions including Líder de Nuevas Iniciativas, Alianzas e Innovación and Responsable de Oportunidades de Cooperación Internacional at the Alliance for Responsible Mining from July 2020 to December 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Corporación Ruta N, Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, MAKAIA, Fundación Nutriamor, and CISP América Latina y El Caribe, focusing on project coordination and development. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Rights at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Ana María also holds a specialization in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law from Universidad de Antioquia and a degree in International Negotiation with an emphasis on International Conflict Management from Universidad EAFIT.
