Sangeeta Narula

Sangeeta leads the Human Resources department at Save the Children where she looks after talent acquisition, retention and employee nurturing. She is an HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in a multi-cultural work environment. She provides strategic & functional leadership to the team at Save the Children and guides and supports the Business Partner teams in the development and implementation of appropriate human resource strategies along with policies for organizational effectiveness. In 2019, she worked closely with consultants to strategize and implement organization-level restructuring and establish a ‘People Strategy’, in line with the organizational strategy.
