Dr. Namrata Jaitli

Dr. Namrata Jaitli serves as the Director of Policy and Programme Impact at Save the Children, India since November 2016, where responsibilities include achieving programme strategy goals related to child protection, education, child survival, poverty, and inclusion, in addition to providing leadership to various organizational verticals. Prior to this role, Dr. Jaitli was the Head of Programmes at Charities Aid Foundation India from April 2014 to October 2016, focusing on the growth and quality enhancement of programme offerings. Dr. Jaitli's early experience includes serving as Deputy Director at PRIA, an NGO dedicated to citizen participation and governance, and as Assistant Project Officer at CAPART. Academically, Dr. Jaitli holds a PhD in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia, a Master’s degree from the University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
